10-Week Body & Behaviour Reset
This programme goes beyond exercise and diet. Together, we’ll explore the stories, habits, and behaviours that shaped where you are now, so you can understand them and begin to rewrite your narrative.
At its core, this is about creating lasting change from a place of self-respect and care. You’ll start rebuilding your relationship with yourself by softening negative self-talk, shifting the language you use about your body and food, and becoming more aware of the environments that influence you.
This isn’t about punishment or restriction. It’s about learning to support yourself with honesty and compassion, moving toward who you want to become, rather than shaming yourself for who you’ve been.
Sessions will include a mindful mix of physical training, such as weight training, yoga, or gentle stretching and coaching, all adapted to suit personal needs. All to help you manage your weight, and bring control back to your life.

10-Week Life Realignment Programme
This programme is designed for those who feel as though life has been happening to them rather than being something they are actively creating.
It’s for anyone who looks at where they are and realises it doesn’t quite reflect what they once hoped for, whether that’s due to drifting off course, a major job shift, or changes in a relationship.
Together, we’ll create the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. We’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and habits that have shaped your current reality, so you can begin to make conscious choices that feel more aligned and authentic. This is about stepping back into ownership of your life and building something that feels true to who you are now, not who you thought you “should” be.
Throughout the programme, sessions will combine reflective coaching, mindset work, and supportive physical practices.
Alongside this, we’ll use movement, such as strength training, yoga, breathwork, or gentle stretching, to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create a stronger sense of grounding and clarity.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing change. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, making intentional choices, and building a life that feels aligned, steady, and genuinely yours.
