Sessions are designed to elevate heart rate, build endurance, and improve overall fitness through challenging, efficient intervals, while staying grounded in empathy, encouragement, and respect for individual limits. The focus is on pushing progress, not punishment: listening to your body, adapting intensity when needed, and creating a supportive environment where effort is celebrated and sustainability matters as much as performance.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
